Theodora has over 25 years if experience in the swimming pool industry; she has been leading the way for women in the pool & spa industry since the age of 16 when she first began learning how to manage, encourage and even lead in what is a male dominated environment. Her entrepreneur skills began while working after school with her parents. Nicholas& Flora Christofi, who founded Nicholas Pools Inc. upon their retirement in 2003, Theodora and her husband Sotiris purchased the family business and have strived grow and improve it. Nicholas Pools Inc. Has Blossomed into one of ocean and Monmouth counties largest back yard retailers specializing in vinyl liner, in- ground swimming and hot tubs.

Theodora supports and volunteers or countless charities and fundraisers including working with the Make-­A-­Wish Foundation to grant a child the wish to own a Swim Spa, teaching Sunday School, speaking about water safety at summer camp, and is often quoted in new articles and magazines about the industry. This year she is also teaching marketing as an Adjunct Professor at Georgian Court University.

Her enthusiasm, drive and optimism fuel both her own efforts and the efforts of those around her, making her the very picture role model, Theodora is excited about her opportunities to inspire young women. She explains, “ No dream is out of reach if you work towards it with your heart and soul.”
