FAQS
How long will the pool opening take?
The opening itself should only take a few hours. After that, the water will need 24-48 hours to filter.
What if my pool needs additional shocking after the initial opening?
For Chlorine pools, we will leave (12lbs) shock for you to add as needed. For saltwater pools, we’ll show you how to “super chlorinate” (shock) the pool with your salt system.
You can also sign up to our Pool Butler service for weekly pool maintenance so you don’t need to worry about treating or cleaning the pool all season.
